What is saved

When you submit, we store your name, email, selected interest, optional city and message, and organization for partner inquiries. For Keep the Light event interest, any selected days and preferred times are stored with your inquiry message. Coaching and fitness inquiries are saved under their selected category. Earlier submissions may contain preferences collected by a previous version of the form. We also record your consent choices, the notice version, submission time, and any campaign identifiers carried by the link you followed.

We use these details to respond to your inquiry and understand community interest. For support inquiries, the selected interest identifies the support category you chose. Registering interest does not create a membership, booking, payment, or binding pledge.

Email preferences

Submitting an interest form requests a confirmation email and an alert to TWTL, sent through Microsoft. Optional email updates require your separate consent. No marketing campaigns are currently being sent.

Storage and access

Submissions are saved in the website’s hosted database. They are not displayed publicly. Infrastructure providers process the data to operate the site. This site has no third-party advertising analytics. A random browser reference is stored locally for the community priorities poll, as described below. Campaign identifiers travel in site links and are attached to your submission.

Community Priorities Poll

The Community Priorities Poll stores the selected topic or your written answer, an optional explanation, a poll edition identifier, submission time, and a hashed random browser reference. No name, email, membership, or purchase is required. Responses are available to the authorized TWTL owner and are not displayed publicly as individual submissions. Please do not include personal or sensitive information.

Your browser stores the random reference and whether a response was confirmed, to discourage repeated voting in the same browser. It is not used for advertising or interest-form tracking. Different devices or cleared storage can bypass this limit, so the poll does not verify identity or residence and is not a representative survey of Colorado Springs. Short-lived hashed network rate limits also reduce abuse. Responding does not send email or opt you into updates.

Poll records remain for review and reporting; an automatic expiry is not yet set. The interest-removal form below applies to inquiries, not poll responses. Clearing browser storage does not delete an already submitted answer.

Site visits and referrals

We measure visits, page views, QR-link referrals, selected button clicks, and whether a tracked visit leads to a saved form. A random browser reference expires after 30 days; a visit reference resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. These references are stored in your browser. The server stores a hash of the browser reference, random visit and event references, page paths, bounded campaign labels, timestamps, and a form-completion indicator. Analytics records contain no names, email addresses, form messages, full referring URLs, or raw network addresses.

A form can pass its visit reference so we can count conversion. This does not verify identity or purchase. Different devices, cleared storage, and expired references can count the same person again. Your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal disables this measurement. You may also switch it off below. Blocking browser storage disables tracking.

Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days; expired records are removed during subsequent traffic. Turning tracking off stops future measurement and removes the local analytics references; it does not remove earlier anonymous records. A short-lived keyed hash of the network address limits abuse. Reports are available only to the authorized owner.

Owner access

The owner inbox uses a secure, temporary sign-in cookie to restrict access to the authorized operator. This is separate from visitor interest forms and is not an advertising tracker.

Abuse prevention

The submission service uses a short-lived hashed representation of your network address to limit repeated requests. It does not store the raw address in the inquiry database. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during later submissions.

Remove a submission

Keep the private reference shown after submission. You can use it to delete that submission and its preferences from this site’s active database. Treat it as a private access code. Each submission has its own reference. Removal also deletes its email queue records and prevents waiting messages from being sent. Messages already in progress or accepted by Microsoft cannot be recalled here. Copies in mailboxes, including Sent Items, are not deleted by this form.

Inquiry records remain until removed. Provider backups and infrastructure logs may have separate retention.
