We are building a movement that stands with people affected by depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicide, and addiction. Free community. Optional personal support. Practical service. Colorado Springs is where we begin.
Participation builds the community. Optional coaching, fitness services, products, books, and partnerships help fund the business that delivers it: equipment, gathering places, and the people who keep showing up.
Our ambition is to turn that foundation into lasting opportunity—more people finding their strength, meaningful jobs, and more capacity to serve our neighbors.
This is our direction of travel. The first meetup is being developed now; later stages depend on participation, resources, and what we learn.
FROM ONE WEEKLY MEETUP TO A WIDER MOVEMENT
NEAR-TERM PLAN · COLORADO SPRINGS
Begin with Keep the Light: one free weekly gathering with shared movement challenges, connection, and time together. We’re collecting day and time preferences before confirming the first gathering.
Support helps put equipment, coaching, and day-to-day delivery in place.

Work toward more free community gatherings, optional coaching and fitness services, and well-paid roles for people who care about the mission. Strengthen local partnerships and make service a consistent part of the year.
We’ll grow as repeat participation, staffing, and sustainable revenue can support reliable delivery.
LONGER-TERM AMBITION · A PERMANENT HOME
A dedicated hub could give movement, community gatherings, and service preparation a lasting home. The TWTL Outpost is the mobile delivery format we’re developing to bring equipment and Keep the Light gatherings to more people. These are future delivery plans, not currently operating locations.
A location and opening date are not set. A hub should follow demonstrated local demand and the resources to operate it well.
LONGER-TERM AMBITION · BEYOND ONE CITY
Build a model other communities can carry forward: capable local leaders, repeatable programs, and strength translated into measurable community good.
Expansion should follow a proven Colorado Springs model, with each new community equipped to sustain its own work.
TWTL is a mission-driven business. Revenue from optional services, products, and partnerships supports operations and growth, including equipment, staffing, and the delivery of free gatherings.
Alongside that work, a portion of proceeds is intended for civic reinvestment. We’ll announce the funding commitment and selected projects before funds are allocated. The Community Priorities Poll helps us understand local needs and shape future work.
Our seasonal service ideas give us a direction to grow toward. We’ll choose projects we can deliver with the people and resources available, then report verified outcomes.
