WHO WE ARE
OUR PURPOSE
The Will To Live is more than a program. It’s a mindset forged through challenge, discipline, and purpose. Built around five foundational pillars: Warrior Ethos, Resiliency, Tactics, Cohesion, and Fitness. This initiative equips individuals to overcome adversity, lead with clarity, and thrive under pressure.
Originally developed to strengthen readiness and culture within the ranks, The Will To Live has evolved into a framework for personal transformation. It challenges participants to confront their limitations, refine their discipline, and commit to continual growth.
This is not simply about enduring the struggle, it’s about redefining what it means to live with intention and strength. The Will To Live inspires individuals to rise above circumstance, to sharpen both mind and body, and to carry forward a sense of resilience that extends far beyond uniformed service and into every aspect of life.
OUR WHY
Initially, this program was created to address limiting factors to readiness. As a reservist, you typically have competing priorities and not enough time to meet the bare minimum requirements, let alone find time and ways to go above and beyond. As a result, the type of culture that was being produced within our unit was leading to a lack of standards, excellence, and grit; all things that are needed to fulfill the mission we are tasked to perform. The Will To Live was created to foster a particular mindset within each individual, leading them to perform at higher and higher levels. As the mindset begins to change within the collective, the culture begins to shift.
Our ultimate goal is to implement mindset shifts that lead to improvement in people's overall, day-to-day lives.
OUR FOUNDERS
MASON MARRIOTT
My name is Mason Marriott, and I’ve weathered more storms than I can count. There were moments when giving up would’ve been easier—but by God’s strength, I didn’t. He carried me when my own strength failed. Through years of hard lessons and harder choices, I rebuilt my life. And from that journey, The Will To Live was born. It’s built on one truth: no one is too broken, too behind, or too lost to rise. Your past doesn’t define you. There is strength, purpose, and joy waiting ahead—even if you don’t yet believe you deserve it. This community exists to remind you of that truth: you are capable of more than what tried to destroy you. And you don’t have to rise alone.
Welcome to The Will To Live—a movement, a mission, and a home for those who refuse to stay where life left them.
BEKAH ROGERSON
As a mental health counselor, I have always been passionate about supporting others not only through moments of illness, but also in their pursuit of overall wellness. The Will To Live embodies that mission. It represents a space where community, honest conversation, and personal growth come together. Our pillars allow us to support the whole person—mind, body, and purpose. We are a community committed to challenging one another, lifting each other up, and discovering our “why” in life. I am deeply proud of the work we’ve built at The Will To Live and look forward to continuing to grow, both individually and together.
